These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trifecta (the "Service"), including trifectapicks.com and any picks, emails, or content we deliver. By subscribing to or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 21 years old and located somewhere sports wagering information services are legal to use the Service. Sports betting laws vary by jurisdiction — you're solely responsible for confirming the Service is legal for you to use where you live, and for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal law.
Trifecta provides picks and analysis generated by a proprietary statistical model, for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site is gambling, financial, or professional advice, and nothing guarantees a result. Sports betting involves real financial risk, and you should never wager more than you can afford to lose.
Past performance shown on the Track Record page reflects historical results and does not guarantee future outcomes. Model output reflects our own statistical opinion at the time it was generated and can be wrong. You use every pick at your own risk and discretion.
Paid tiers bill in advance on the term you select (weekly, every 4 weeks, every 8 weeks, or full season) and automatically renew at the end of each term until cancelled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Payhip — we never see or store your full card details. We may change prices going forward; changes won't affect a term you've already paid for.
You can cancel a subscription at any time through the order/account management link in your confirmation or receipt email, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current, already-billed period — see our Refund Policy for details.
Encyclopedia access uses passwordless email sign-in ("magic links"). Keep your email account secure — anyone with access to your inbox can access your subscription. Access is for your personal, individual use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
You agree not to resell, redistribute, scrape, or publish picks or Encyclopedia content, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the underlying model.
All picks, model output, text, design, and branding on this site are owned by Trifecta and may not be used without permission, outside your personal use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trifecta is not liable for any losses — including gambling losses — arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any pick or content we provide.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
