This Privacy Policy explains what information Trifecta ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use trifectapicks.com and our subscription service, and how we use it.
We collect the email address you provide when subscribing or signing in, the name you provide at checkout, and basic usage data from visiting the site. Payment details (card numbers, etc.) are collected and processed entirely by our payment processor, Whop — we never see or store your full payment information.
We use your email address to deliver picks, send Encyclopedia sign-in ("magic") links, and respond to support requests. We don't use your information for anything beyond operating and improving the Service.
We rely on a small number of third parties to operate the Service:
Each of these providers only receives the information needed to perform its function and has its own privacy practices governing that data.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it doesn't set tracking cookies or build a cross-site profile of you. It gives us aggregate traffic counts only.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view and which links or buttons they click (for example, a subscribe button or a partner offer). Google Analytics sets cookies and collects device and usage information, including approximate location; we ask it to anonymize IP addresses. We use this data in aggregate to improve the site, and we do not sell it. Google's own privacy policy governs its handling of that data, and you can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, as needed to operate the Service, or if required by law.
We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for records and support purposes, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing help@trifectapicks.com.
The Service is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 21.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
