This Privacy Policy explains what information Trifecta ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use trifectapicks.com and our subscription service, and how we use it.
We collect the email address you provide when subscribing or signing in, and basic usage data from visiting the site. Payment details (card numbers, etc.) are collected and processed entirely by our payment processor, Payhip — we never see or store your full payment information.
We use your email address to deliver picks, send Encyclopedia sign-in ("magic") links, and respond to support requests. We don't use your information for anything beyond operating and improving the Service.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it doesn't set tracking cookies or build a cross-site profile of you. It gives us aggregate traffic counts only.

We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for records and support purposes, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

The Service is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 21.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
